Air Force ROTC

To apply for high school scholarships, students can visit http://www.afrotc.com/ at any time. The application window for the High School Scholarship Program available to individuals graduating this academic year opens on 1 June. Students interested in competing for this opportunity have until 1 December to complete the application process. To be eligible for scholarship consideration, you must achieve an SAT composite of 1180 (math and critical reading portions only) or ACT composite of 26 and attain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. The scholarships section will also look for some type of leadership experience (such as captain of a sports team, organizer of a volunteer effort, or head of the debate team, etc.), the more examples of leadership and community involvement, the better.
